BOOTCAMP

Boot Camp will inspire you to get more fit, stronger and lose weight. This program focuses on all components of exercise including total body strength, muscle endurance and cardio segments. You will enjoy a variety of different workout styles such as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata and Circuit-style stations while utilizing a variety of equipment. Boot Camp is a total body workout and will help burn fat and increase your metabolic rate. Each class is a bit different to add variation to your workout routine and to help avoid plateaus.

HOT YOGA

During this 60 minute heated class we flow through a set sequence of static postures and vinyasa flow. The heated room helps your body stretch, strengthen and restore from the inside-out. Each class will help link breath and movement, deepen the connection of mind and body, and bring a greater consciousness to you. This class is accessible for beginners, yet challenging for experienced yogis who may choose more challenging variations of postures in class.

All levels are welcome.

PILATES

Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements, high repetitions, low weights and exercise balls.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as your holding poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you for in helping with muscle recovery and increasing flexibility. The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation and heal the body and mind.

WARM STONE THERAPY

The meaning of pure relaxation. Restorative yoga with added twist of relaxation with warm stones and hot towels to melt the stress away and give you that feeling spa.

BEGINNER'S YOGA

Whether you are new to yoga or are familiar with the practice, Beginners yoga will help you develop balance, strength and flexibility without feeling overwhelmed or confused. In this class we will take our time to get into postures focusing on the basics. We will combine yoga postures and breathing exercises to strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind.
